The team is headed up by F. William (Billy) Hineline. He brings over 30 years of real estate experience to the team. He has experience in all aspects of the industry as well as being a professional sales trainer and published author. He has written such books as “Sellers Guild For Today’s Home Owner” and “Fundamentals of Selling Real Estate”.

In addition to Mr. Hineline there are a couple other key team members which each also bring over 30 years real estate experience to the team. Their experiences include international finance, commercial real estate, luxury waterfront and golf course properties, appraisals and investment property.
