F. William Hineline was born and raised in Northeast Pennsylvania. He spent most of his adult life establishing himself as a well-respected sales and marketing professional in that region before moving to South Florida in 2005. Although he has been involved with a number of different industries over the years as an owner, Sales Manager, Sales Trainer, Real Estate has always been his passion. He has spent over 30 years involved in the Real Estate industry in one way or another. He was the sole owner of the marketing company Century Plus Marketing before moving to Florida in 2005,specializing in marketing of Real Estate and New Construction as well as servicing the Food Service and Tourism industries. Along the way he was the sole owner of the real estate company Al-Phase Realty in Northeastern Pa. and then he got bit by the video production bug when he held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing for Bottom Time Productions LLC. Today he is putting most of his concentration and over 30 years of experience into consulting today’s sellers of real estate.

Kimberly Conrad

Kimberly brings over 20 years of customer service experience to the team. We have been lucky enough to have had her as part of our team for the past 5 plus years. She’ll quickly become your best friend as she is your go to person for answers to any and all of your important questions. Her official title is Executive Assistant but her roll with the team covers much more than that, However in that roll, she works hand and hand with Billy as she keeps up on everything that’s going on with the team on the day to day basis.


Lisa has been a business leader throughout her entire career.  Her vast experience in cultivating relationships, whether it be through sales and business development, customer relations, customer care, project management, training and strategy, team building and problem solving, but her passion is working with people.


She loves to help!  Give her a task and she will work tirelessly to assist in meeting a clients needs or strive to teach/help a teammate reach their goals and potential. She has infused her 30 years experience in business and operations management into her Real Estate Career and cannot wait to help you with your next adventure!


Lisa has been a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate since 2009.  Her office and the team she represents are seasoned in the industry and are supportive in every way.





Pamela Parris,


Pennsylvania born she has called the Florida East Coast home for 40 years. Pam has a lifelong career of sales and marketing and genuine concern in providing for her client's best interest.


Pam serves on her city council's board of construction and has always been engaged in the community where she has lived and raised her family. She has bought and sold 5 homes of her own, she keeps on top of both the residential and commercial markets in her area she also works closely with many of the area builders.

Pam carriers her personal values with her into her real estate career.

H. Skip Robinson began his business career in a family owned retail furniture and interior design studio. He was then drafted into the US Army for two years during the latter part of the Viet Nam War era and came back to the family business after that.

My Robinson started his real estate career in 1981, licensed in sales and by mid 1985, beginning an appraisal career with Saving of America, going on to become a commercial appraiser two years later. In the late 1980s, He partnered with two others to form a residential mortgage operation with secondary marketing of consumer receivables as a second profit center. He then joined a relative’s appraisal company in 1991 as a staff appraiser and in 2005, opened his own firm until the banking induced economic crash of 2008.

Mr. Robinson has started, owned and managed various companies throughout his career including as President of a small cap NASD company, and has operated limited partnership as both the General Partner and as a limited partner with both real estate and business Today, his activities include residential & commercial brokerage and valuation consulting throughout So. Florida.
